Gulabrao Devkar is a leader of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) of India, and a former cabinet minister in the Indian National Congress-NCP government. He is a co-accused in 'Gharkul' housing scam in Jalgaon and is in jail. He contested 2014 Maharashtra assembly election as a candidate of NCP and lost.
