Gryzy [ˈɡrɨzɨ] (German: Griesen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Świętajno, within Olecko County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Świętajno, 15 km (9 mi) west of Olecko, and 121 km (75 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
