Grow to Work is a social enterprise located in the Scottish Borders which provides employment in rural skills to young adults who face challenges finding work. It was founded in 2012 by the parents of a young man with autism who wanted to help school leavers with learning disabilities and other disadvantages into gainful employment. Grow to Work carries out contract gardening and groundskeeping services.
