Gronów [ˈɡrɔnuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ośno Lubuskie, within Słubice County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Ośno Lubuskie, 24 km (15 mi) north-east of Słubice, and 40 km (25 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
