The grey-fronted quail-dove (Geotrygon caniceps), is a species of bird in the family Columbidae. It is found on the island of Cuba. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical swamps, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and plantations. It is threatened by habitat loss.

It was previously considered a subspecies of the grey-headed quail-dove, which is now split into the grey-fronted quail-dove (Geotrygon caniceps), endemic to Cuba, and the white-fronted quail-dove (Geotrygon leucometopia) endemic to Hispaniola.
