The grey-crowned tanager or grey-crowned palm-tanager (Phaenicophilus poliocephalus) is a species of bird formerly placed in the family Thraupidae. It is found almost completely within Haiti, but a small population exists in the Dominican Republic.
Its natural habitats are lowland and montane moist forests, mangrove forests, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
