Grevillea pterosperma, commonly known as desert grevillea or desert spider-flower, is a flowering plant species in the family Proteaceae, endemic to Australia.

The species was formally described in 1854 by Victorian Government Botanist Ferdinand von Mueller, based on plants observed "In the Mallee scrub on sandhills towards the junction of the Murray and Murrumbidgee"

It occurs in Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory, Victoria and New South Wales.
