Gregory John O'Kelly SJ AM VG (born 10 August 1941) is an Australian Jesuit and the Bishop of Port Pirie. O’Kelly was ordained a Jesuit priest in Adelaide in 1972 and has since played a significant role in the Catholic education system throughout Australia. He has been the headmaster of two Australian Jesuit schools and has served widely as an educational adviser.

On 14 September 2006, O'Kelly was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Adelaide, becoming the first Jesuit to be appointed a bishop in Australian history. In 2009 he was named Bishop of Port Pirie, the diocese in northern South Australia where the pioneering Australian Jesuits established numerous schools and churches. O'Kelly's family also have strong ties to this region of South Australia.
