Greenlandic Danes are residents of Denmark who are of Greenlandic Inuit descent. There are around 20,000 people of Greenlandic Inuit descent living in Denmark.
The demographics of Greenland consists of Greenlandic Inuit (including mixed-race persons), Danish Greenlanders, and other Europeans and North Americans. The Inuit population makes up approximately 85%-90% of the total (2009 est.).
