The Greek women's Volleyball Cup began with 1998-99 season and is organised by Hellenic Volleyball Federation (ΕΟΠΕ). So far, five clubs have won the cup. All of them are based in Athens and Piraeus. The most successful club is Olympiacos that have won seven times, followed by Panathinaikos that have won five cups and Filathlitikos Vrilissia that have won four cups.
