Grassroots East is a conservative organization that was formed in the United States in 1978. Organizers were focused on electing a Republican in Connecticut's 2nd Congressional District.

In 2011, it was reorganized by State Representative Christopher Coutu, Ed Munster, Congressman Rob Simmons and other leaders who reside across the 2nd Congressional District. On January 28 the organization had a social gathering with over 250 people in attendance.
