Premise
A drama based on the elite crew of firefighters who battled Yarnell Hill Fire, a wildfire in Prescott, Arizona in June 2013 that claimed the lives of 19 of their members of their team.
Cast
Production
On March 1, 2016, Josh Brolin and Miles Teller joined the cast of the film. Jeff Bridges and Taylor Kitsch also joined the cast.
Principal photography on the film began on June 13, 2016, in New Mexico at different locations in and around Santa Fe and Los Alamos.
Release
Granite Mountain is scheduled to be released on September 22, 2017, by Lionsgate.
