Grammia philipiana is a moth of the family Erebidae. It was described by Ferguson in 1985. It is found from Wrangel Island west to Mackenzie Delta in the Northwest Territories and south to McKinley National Park in Alaska.

The length of the forewings is 17 mm. The forewings are black dorsally with yellowish buff to pale whitish buff lines and bands while the hindwings are bright orange. Adults have been recorded on wing from mid to late July.
