Grammia cervinoides is a moth of the family Erebidae. It was described by Strecker in 1876. It is found above treeline in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. The habitat consists of alpine areas, including rocky slopes.

The length of the forewings is about 11.9 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is dark greyish-brown to black with pale buff bands. The hindwings are dull whitish buff with dark brownish grey markings. Adults are on wing from early to mid July.
