Graham Richard Peter Smith (born April 1974) is the Chief Executive Officer of the anti-monarchy campaign group Republic and a trustee of The Reform Foundation.

He has written in The Guardian on numerous occasions criticising the relationship between the British monarchy and their counterparts in the Middle East, the cost of the monarchy, secrecy from the Freedom of Information Act and alleged political activity by the monarchy.

He is frequently invited to media appearances to speak on behalf of Republic. The Daily Mail were critical of the BBC for inviting Smith onto BBC News prior to the birth of Princess Charlotte.
