Goraghan-e Bala (Persian: گراغان بالا, also Romanized as Gorāghān-e Bālā; also known as Gorāghān) is a village in Maskun Rural District, Jebalbarez District, Jiroft County, Kerman Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.
