Gnorimoschema spinosum is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Povolný in 1998. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Saskatchewan.

The length of the forewings is about 7.2 mm. The forewings are uniform cinereous whitish with a distinct triad of oblongate black stigmata. Groups of black scales indicate submarginal spots at the apex. The hindwings are grey.
