Gnorimoschema segregatum is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Povolný in 1998. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Saskatchewan.

The length of the forewings is about 7.8 mm for males and 5.5 mm for females. The forewings are covered by a mixture of whitish scales with darker to blackish tips. The pattern consisting of delicate bit distinct black stigmata. The hindwings are somewhat paler.
