Gnorimoschema petiolatum is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Povolný in 1998. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Saskatchewan.

The length of the forewings is 6–7 mm. The forewings are deep chocolate brown to blackish with a brownish hue, the pattern consisting of a more or less distinct whitish subterminal transverse band and a pale chocolate spot at the dorsal base. The hindwings are deep grey with a paler base.
