The Glastonbury Historic District, along Main St. from Hebron Ave. to Talcott Rd. in Glastonbury, Connecticut, is a historic district that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It included Colonial, Greek Revival, and Queen Anne architecture amongst its 81 contributing buildings on 128 acres (52 ha).

It is significant for its many historic homes from the 1600s and 1700s along Main Street, as well as high-quality examples of later architecture, and for association with town leaders and other historic individuals.
