Giovanni di Francesco or Giovanni di Francesco del Cervelliera (1412 or 1428 – 1458) was an Italian painter, active in Florence in the mid-fifteenth century. He is principally associated with a group of paintings from the 1450s closely related to each other in style, exemplified by the Carrand Triptych that was formerly in the Carrand collection and is now in the Bargello museum in Florence. The creator of these paintings, previously known only as the work of the Master of the Carrand Triptych, was identified as Giovanni di Francesco by the art scholar Pietro Toesca in 1917 based on a payment record for one of the works.
