Giovanni Spoldi (died 1904) was an Italian painter, active mainly in the Veneto, painting vedute of marine scenes.
He was born and lived in Venice. He attended the Accademia di Belle Arti in Venice during the 1870s, garnering some prizes. In 1887, in Venice, he exhibits: Bassa Mavea; Calm Morning on the Lagoon; and Scirocco. At the 1888 Exposizione of Fine Arts in Bologna were exhibited: Un tramonto in laguna and Un mattino tranquillo in laguna.
