The Gilman Block was a historic commercial building at 207-219 Main Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. It was a four-story brick building, with Classical Revival and Romanesque/Tuscan Mediterranean influence, built in 1896 to a design by the local architectural firm of Cutting, Carleton & Cutting. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000, at which time it stood alone on its block, the surrounding buildings having been demolished by urban renewal activities.

The building was acquired by the state and demolished in 2004 to provide space for the new court building. The court building incorporated a part of the facade of the former Gilman block and has an exposition of the history of the historical building.
