Gilles Beyer is a French former competitive figure skater. He is the 1978 French national champion. A competitor at three European Championships and three World Championships, he finished in the top ten at the 1978 Europeans in Strasbourg.
Beyer coached Laëtitia Hubert and Laurent Tobel. As of 2016, he is the general manager of the figure skating division of Français Volants in Paris. He is also a member of the 2014–18 executive bureau of the Fédération Française des Sports de Glace (French Ice Sports Federation).
