Gerardo Lanuza is a Filipino chief executive and real estate pioneer. He has been the Chief Operating Officer of Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation. He has also been an Executive Vice President of Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation, and served as its Chief Strategist until November 13, 2014.
Prior to that, Lanuza served as Vice President of Special Project at Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation, served as Head of Marketing and Sales and Vice President of Campos Lanuza & Co. Inc. since June 2006, and Executive Director of Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation.
He finished his Legal Management course from the De La Salle University (2006). Mr. Lanuza graduated with a B.S. degree majoring in Legal Management from the De La Salle University (DLSU) in 2006
