Georgetown Bagelry is a bagel bakery in the Washington, D.C. area. The first location was on M street downtown, and it is now located in Bethesda, Maryland. It has been voted by the Washington Post and Washington City Paper and The Washingtonian as having the best bagels in the area.

Georgetown Bagelry opened in 1981 and is now owned by Mary Beall Adler. In November 2013, Adler published Who Scooped My Bagel? One Woman’s Story of Love, Loss and Success, which describes her path to bagel baker and business owner.

In 2013, Adler received the 2013 Enterprising Women of the Year Honorable Mention by Enterprising Women magazine. In 2014, Georgetown Bagelry was named to Mashable’s List of “32 Small Businesses Killing it on Social".”

Georgetown Bagelry menus now include an extended menu of bagels, sandwiches, mini bagels, flag els (flat bagels), pragels (pretzel bagels) and teasers. Its most popular sandwich is the Miami Burger, which includes high-grade smoked salmon on cream cheese, topped with a delicate balance of fresh red onion and sliced tomato on a bagel.
