George Frederick Harris (September 13, 1862- July 16, 1906) was an English palaeontologist.

George Frederick Harris was a Fellow of the Geological Society. With Henry William Burrows he wrote The Eocene and Oligocene beds of the Paris basin. London :University college, E. Stanford, 1891.
