George Blay (born August 7, 1980) is a former Ghanaian football player.

Blay played a total of nine seasons in the Belgian First Division with Standard Liège (1997–2002), Y.R. K.V. Mechelen (2002–2003) and La Louviére (2003–2006) before making the switch to Romanian football in 2006.

In the 2006-2007 season he played in 31 from a total of 34 league games for Dinamo Bucureşti helping the team win the 18th championship in the club's history.

He was part of the Ghanaian 2002 African Nations Cup team, who exited in the quarter-finals after losing to Nigeria. He also featured at the 1999 FIFA World Youth Championship.

In the 2011-2012 season he played for Royal Antwerp FC as a replacer for Bart Van Zundert.
