George Johnston "Dusty" Blair (September 15, 1929 – July 9, 2010) was a professional hockey player. He became pro when he signed with the Pittsburgh Hornets of the AHL. He played with the Toronto Maple Leafs for two games, beating his brother, Chuck Blair, by one game. He then went on to play in the OMHL, AHL, MMHL, QMHL, OHA, WHL, EPHL, and the EHL. He retired with the Nashville Dixie Flyers after the 1964–65 season. He was the brother of the former professional hockey player Chuck Blair.
