Geoffrey Malcolm Copland CBE is a British physicist and former vice chancellor of the University of Westminster.
He was made a Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2007, for his services to higher education. He has a main-belt asteroid 9193 Geoffreycopland, discovered on 10 March 1992 by Duncan Steel at Siding Spring Observatory, named after him.
