Gehad Zaglol Grisha (Arabic:جهاد زغلول جريشة) (born 29 February 1976) is an Egyptian football referee.
Gresha became a FIFA referee in 2008. He has served as a referee at the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, 2013 Africa Cup of Nations and 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
