The Limketkai Office Building also called The Gateway Tower is an office complex building that houses about 20 office spaces and 5 restaurants. This tower has recorded as the tallest building in Northern Mindanao in 2009 with the roof height of 146 ft. (m) before to be built the Hotel Limketkai and Centrio Hotel. Also, the building is connected with overpass through C.M. Recto national highway.
