Gary Blackmer (born c. 1950) was the head of the Audits Division of the Oregon Secretary of State's office until December, 2015. He took over in June 2009, working for Kate Brown, after 10 years as the City Auditor in Portland, Oregon. Previously, he was auditor for Multnomah County, Oregon, for eight years.
