Garrha cylicotypa is a moth in the Oecophoridae family. It was described by Turner in 1946. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland.

The wingspan is about 24 mm. The forewings are whitish-ochreous, the costal edge faintly rosy and with fuscous markings. There is a broad dorsal stripe from near the base to near the tornus. Resting on this are three spots and there is also a discal dot at one-third, as well as a few scattered scales in the posterior part of the disc and minute terminal dots. The hindwings are pale ochreous.
