Gamers is an American video game and entertainment software retailer started in 1993 which operates primarily in Iowa and Nebraska. There are 8 corporate stores, 5 in Nebraska (Omaha, Lincoln, and La Vista) and 3 in Iowa (West Des Moines, Des Moines, and Ames). There is also 1 franchised location in Grinnell, IA. The store's corporate office is in Omaha, Nebraska. They are known for selling video games that many other retailers do not carry, as they are purchased used directly from consumers. Gamers buys, sells, and trades new and used video games, systems, accessories, and electronics from the Atari 2600 up to the recent generation of consoles, and everything between. Gamers also has a large online presence on eBay as GOGAMERSCOM.
