The Gallinipper was a schooner that sank in Lake Michigan off the coast of Centerville, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, USA. In 2010, the shipwreck site was added to the National Register of Historic Places.

History

Originally named the Nancy Dousman, the ship was built in 1833. By 1846, the Dousman had already sunk once and had been raised and re-built in a larger size, as well as given its new name. In 1851, the ship sank again due to a gale.
