Gakhirkhowa Para (also known as Gakhirkhowapara) is a village located in the west side of the Mangaldai town under Danhee Mouza of Darrang district state Assam. The road distance from Mangaldai to Gakhirkhowapara is near about 3 km. The village is connecting with Mangaldai through Mangaldai Patharughat Khairabari Road. Gakhirkhowa Para has a population of 1639 of which 805 are males while 834 are females as per Population Census 2011.
