George Kay Green was a British architect.

Green was active in Edinburgh from at least 1897, before moving to London, where he created several Art Deco apartment blocks.

He designed Sloane Avenue Mansions, an 11-storey Art Deco residential building in Chelsea, London, built 1931-33. Green designed Du Cane Court, Balham High Road, Balham. He also designed Nell Gwynn House in Chelsea.
