Gądków Mały [ˈɡɔntkuf ˈmawɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Torzym, within Sulęcin County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Torzym, 25 km (16 mi) south-west of Sulęcin, 52 km (32 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra, and 57 km (35 mi) south of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
