Gün Temür (1377–1402) was a Mongolian Khagan of the Northern Yuan dynasty based in Mongolia. Gün Temür was the eldest son of Elbeg Nigülesügchi Khan. He ruled from 1400 to 1402.

In an attempt to consolidate his control over Qara Del in Hami, the Khagan murdered Engke-Temur who allied with the Ming Dynasty.

In 1402, he was defeated by Gulichi (possibly with Arughtai), who killed him as a result. Several months after his death, his crown was succeeded by his younger brother Öljei Temür Khan Bunyashiri. His name, Gün Temür, means "Deep (intellectually) Iron" in the Mongolian language.
