Ahmet Fuat Bulca (1881 – September 14, 1962) was an officer of the Ottoman Army and Turkish Army and a Turkish politician. He was the one of the closest friend of Mustafa Kemal (Ataturk), as well as his classmate at the Monastir Military High School.

He died in a car accident in Istanbul on September 14, 1962.
