Frogmore is a plantation house on Edisto Island, South Carolina, built by Dr. Edward Mitchell of Waccamaw about 1820 when he married Elizabeth Baynard of Edisto Island.

Frogmore is a distinctive antebellum sea island cotton plantation. In 1840 Dr. Mitchell operated a large plantation with more than 100 slaves. The house is a rectangular, two-story, hip-roofed residence. During the federal occupation of Edisto Island beginning in 1862, Col. More of the 55th Pennsylvania Infantry used Frogmore as his headquarters.

Frogmore was Listed in the National Register May 5, 1987.
