Fritziana ohausi is a species of frog in the Hemiphractidae family. It is endemic to the mountains of coastal southeastern Brazil in Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, and São Paulo state. Its natural habitats are primary forests at elevations of 600–1,200 m (2,000–3,900 ft) asl. These frogs occur in bamboo clusters or on leaves of low vegetation.
Fritziana ohausi is a very common species that faces no major threats.
