The station caters to the young and young at heart listener, TG 18 to 45, and positions itself to the listener as "A true Funloving and dependable Friend". The station features RJ-speak. Friends 91.9 FM plays a mix of Hindi, Bengali and English (towards weekend) songs. The station has several celebrity RJs who host special shows through the week.
