Several ships of the French Navy have borne the name Licorne, after the French word for Unicorn:

  • Licorne (1626), a 30-gun ship, deleted from Navy lists in 1643.
  • Licorne (1702), a 52-gun ship, broken up in 1720.
  • Licorne (1755), a 32-gun Licorne-class frigate, captured in 1778 by HMS America and taken into service as HMS Licorne. She was sold in 1803.
  • Licorne (1780), a 20-gun ship, formerly HMS Unicorn captured by Andromaque in 1780. She was captured in 1778 by HMS Resource off Cape Blaise and taken into service as Unicorn's Prize. She was broken up in 1814.
