FreeBIX is a non-profit Internet Exchange Point (IXP) created in 2003. FreeBIX has three Points of Presence, all located near Brussels:

Interxion Zaventem

FreeBIX offers two versions of its services:

The "business package" with a tight Service level agreement (SLA), 24/7 NOC service, monitoring & alerting and high-level support.

The "community package" with best-effort e-mail support and the standard tools provided through the member area, without SLA or NOC service.
