Fred rast saxophone
Fred Rast was born in Switzerland and graduated from San Jose State University in 1979. Fred has since been teaching Saxophone and Clarinet, and making Mouthpiece (woodwind)s. Fred teaches at Music Village in San Jose, CA since 1979. Fred has performed Clarinet at the Saratoga Symphony, as lead alto sax in the Bob Bouchard Big Band and a several bands including The Alpiners and Jose Bowen's Klezmer band.
Fred has recorded with the Paul Price's Society Orchestra, Chico Bavarian Band and Marijan Kramar's Oberkrainer Band.
