Fred Allen Green (September 14, 1933 – December 22, 1996) was a former professional baseball player. He was a pitcher over parts of five seasons (1959–62, 1964) with the Pittsburgh Pirates and Washington Senators. Green was a member of the 1960 World Series champion Pirates. For his career he compiled a 9–7 record with a 3.48 earned run average and 77 strikeouts in 88 appearances, all but one as a relief pitcher.

Green was born and died in the Titusville section of Hopewell Township, Mercer County, New Jersey.
