Fred Myer Chenoweth (August 26, 1893 – June 24, 1965) was an American football coach in the United States. Chenoweth attended Broaddus College as well as West Virginia University, graduating the latter in 1918.

Coaching career

Chenoweth was the head college football coach for the Alderson–Broaddus Battlers located in Philippi, West Virginia. He held that position for 3 seasons, from 1925 until 1927. His coaching record at Alderson–Broaddus was 6 wins, 14 losses and 2 ties. As of the conclusion of the 2012 season, this ranks him #3 at Alderson–Broaddus in total wins and #5 at the school in winning percentage (.318).
