Fred Callaghan (born 19 December 1944) is a former footballer who played as a left back in the Football League during the 1960s and 1970s, primarily with Fulham, for whom he made almost 300 league appearances.

He made his debut for Fulham on 21 March 1964 in a Football League First Division match at Aston Villa.

In the mid-1970s he left Fulham to join Enfield. In 1980, he became manager of Brentford, after having previous served the club as assistant to Bill Dodgin Jr. in 1977.

As of August 2012 he was involved at Fulham as a corporate hospitality host, primarily in the Riverside Restaurant.
